EULA - End User License Agreement

All copyrights to Icon Catcher are exclusively owned by the author - Alexander Burlakov.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Icon Catcher on one computer
(i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Icon Catcher software may not be
rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this
license.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Helexis, Icon Catcher names and any logo or graphics file that represents my software may not be
used in any way to promote products developed with my software. All parts of this software and
products are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text
or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by the user except
as intended within the bounds of the single user program.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Alexander Burlakov.

Installing and using Icon Catcher signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Icon Catcher files from your storage
devices and cease to use the product.
